This workshop presents a thorough overview of all relevant California employment laws, including those enacted in 2013. Six sections cover wage and hour, security and privacy, leaves of absence, employer/employee relations, benefits and workers compensation, and employment law compliance. Practical, hands-on exercises, situational discussions, and specially designed materials help attendees improve their employment practices.
